AVI/MOV FILE DOWNLOAD PROBLEM_______________________________________
This problem, a very common one, is usually only with Netscape and MSIE users who have installed MS Media Player. The problem is as follows: In the baby movies section, one wants to download a movie which is an AVI or a MOV file. S/HE clicks on the file to download it on his/her computer. But instead of letting you download the movie on to your computer, it loads on the browser in Netscape's case, and a window of MS Media Player appears for MSIE. People wonder if I meant to do that; no, I didn't. To fix that problem, hold SHIFT while clicking on the file for Netscape and right click on the link and choose "Save Target As..." for MSIE. That should solve the problem. If you still have problems, don't hesitate to email me!
BAD LINK OR FILE NOT FOUND ERROR_____________________________________
If you get an error that says "Bad Link" or "File not found" or something similar when you try to download a file, that means that the link is dead or missing. You cannot download that file. Immediately email me and call that link to my attention so I can either fix it or take the link out so other people don't have the same problem.
A DOWNLOADED FILE WON'T WORK______________________________________
If you downloaded a file from my download section and it won't work that could mean one of many things...
1) You don't have the program which runs the downloaded file. If the file is a movie, then go to my Movie Players section and download a player depending on what type of movie you downloaded.
2) You don't have enough memory to run the movie/file.
3) You don't have the right operating system to run the file.
4) The file is a ZIP file and you don't have an UNZIPPER. If that is the case, go to the Utilities Section and download WinZip.
If you still have any questions, please email me and I will do my best to resolve it.
